Personality and Background: Ella is cursed with obedience. This is because a witch named Lucinda cursed her at birth to follow every command as a gift (a gift she has been ordered not to tell anyone about by her mother). But despite this <s>or perhaps because of it</s>, Ella is headstrong and stubborn. She fights her curse at every turn and she has grown to hate commands and bossy behavior, making her a bit of a rebel by consequence.

Ella found out she was a witch only shortly after her beloved pureblood squib mother died, and shortly before her Hogwarts letter arrived. She attended the school at her greedy muggle father's order, but found it wasn't so terrible--it might even have a clue to breaking her curse. Until then, she is careful to cover up her <s>at times strange</s> actions due to following commands <s>and might shy away from Slytherins as they tend to give the most orders</s>.

She's spirited, intensely curious, clever, enjoys having fun and teasing people, and is unforgivably clumsy. She hates being proper and will like to learn if she considers something to be of worth or interesting, but dreads dull things and propriety. She's very determined and brave, especially when it comes to breaking her curse, and while she's not the sweetest of people, when it's really important she does what's right.

Once, she got Marta's ring measurements for him, and was sworn to secrecy. <s>But that's gone all pear-shaped so it's no longer relevant.</s> Recommended that he set people on fire who forced him to dance.

Slytherin:
<lj site="livejournal.com" user="fight_me_harder" title="Ali Al-Saachez"> - Bossy mo'fo. He managed to order her around twice in just one convo, and the next time, Ella will give him a piece of her mind. <s>Unless he unknowingly gets her out of another pickle.</s>
<lj site="livejournal.com" user="pink_tokunaga" title="Anise Tatlin"> - A girl Ella doesn't know too well who transferred from Durmstrang, but she finds her quite lively and friendly in her own way.

<lj site="livejournal.com" user="donttelldaddy" title="Lili Rochefort"> - They are both planners on a runespoor, and Lili unintentionally gave Ella the order to enter her bed while talking to Ella Dee. Ella used flattery to get in the Slytherin dorms and towards her room, but having a dude attached prevented the order from being fulfilled. Ella thinks she isn't all that bad, all things considered.

Kid is very intelligent, analytical, and precise; a genius of sorts. He is determined to bring forth a perfect world, with an absolute balance of good and evil, and is often described as the perfect boy. However, in his search for perfection, he became consumed by it, developing OCD and an obsession with bilateral symmetry. In Kid's mind, symmetry is the ultimate form of perfection and he finds anything symmetrical beautiful; even his favorite number being 8 because of its symmetry. Conversely, when he sees things that AREN'T symmetrical, he expresses disgust at it, trying to destroy it, or even becoming physically ill at the sight of it. He isn't capable of destroying anything symmetrical, and if he does by chance, he gets massively depressed. This poses a problem as he has three white stripes on the left side of his head, thus he HIMSELF isn't symmetrical.

Other than that, Kid can be described as having a strict sense of morals, being very stubborn/set in his ways (especially concerning symmetry) as well as being rather spoiled, due to being raised in a privileged household. But he is loyal to his friends, (even though some of their messy ways disgust him at times) always willing to help them when they're in need...unless something symmetry related distracts him or halts him, no matter the importance of the situation. </center> </td> </tr>

The young Kid, ever the enthusiast for defeating evil, happened to tag along on one of his father's missions nearby their mansion without Shinigami's knowledge, and when the dark wizard was attempting to attack Death, Kid got in the way, and though the attack mostly missed him due to Shinigami's quick actions...it had an odd side effect, leaving 3 white stripes on the left side of his head. Shinigami found these stripes cute and so he left them, unknowing of the fact that they would cause Kid major depression in the future. Although it's debatable whether he would have removed them anyway, knowing his laid back nature.

Death the Kid pursued excellence, maintaining excellent skill in magic at a very young age due to home schooling and natural aptitude. He avidly sought knowledge and learning more spells, determined to be perfect and to bring the world into perfect order by becoming the best Auror ever, just as his father had. His already meticulous nature and OCD bloomed into an obsession with perfection, wanting to be wholly flawless in every way imaginable. And this turned to a preoccupation with symmetry, making him refuse holding his wand with one hand, or even using it if it wasn't at an exact center with the line of his body. As inconvenient as this self-handicap was, even despite that, Kid had talent that far exceeded most his age, and his skills far outweighed the awkward requirements that hindered him from using them.

Above all, though, Death the Kid seeks to bring about a perfect world with a perfect balance of good and evil. Although he has been home-schooled his entire life, upon hearing about the death eater attacks on Hogwarts, he demanded that his father enroll him, wanting to assist in whatever way he could, and also gain more skill as a wizard. Thus, after getting approval from Dumbledore, and with both Patty and Liz at his side, Kid entered Hogwarts...and one has to wonder if it'll ever be the same.</center>
